Hitachi Elevator Engineering Company (Hong Kong) Limited, Maintenance Service have a well – trained, high capability
and technical maintenance team. We always strike to provide quality maintenance service to you. With top management commitment
and staff effort, we acquire the ISO9001 : 2000 quality system certificate and ISO14001 : 1996 environmental system certificate by
HKQAA. This assures our Preventive Maintenance Service.
We also strike for improve maintenance service. We always utilize new high – technique service equipment. In 2003, we established
the network of our Emergency Call Centre and Service Depots. The computerized system enhances our management and improves our emergency
repair service.

We equip two colour monitor – Billboards in our Emergency Call Centre. The billboards show the real time emergency call conditions
and produce alert signals automatically. We can arrange rapid support with this real time information to provide good repair service
to you.
