Sales Department - Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer (Ref. : SD / AM & SE)
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or in Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years working experience in tendering preparation, follow up within Lift and Escalator industry and familiar with handling projects of HK Housing Authority and /or Architectural Service Department
- Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
- Familiar with using MS Office
- To supervise and monitor tender and contract preparation
- To collect market information for formulating sales strategy
- To work closely with design team and installation team in finalization of specification, initiation for mockup, approval of drawing and sample
- To participate site meeting with Architects, Consultants and Builders
- To Ensure timely submission of drawing, sample for approval and place order to factory
