JOB OPENING:

Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Ref. : MD / E & AE )

Maintenance Department

  1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering (Other Engineering discipline will also be consideration)
  2. 2 years work experience in the field of lift industry (Lesser experience or experience in other engineering trade will also be considered)
  3. To manage service stations, deal with technical and customer issues
  4. To commuicate with factory, documentation and engineering work

Station Manager / Assistant Station Manager /Station Manager Trainee

Maintenance Department

  1. Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferably of Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  2. Possess of relevant professional qualification or registered lift and escalator engineer/ worker would be an advantage
  3. Management experience in relevant engineering company
  4. Work experience in the field of lift & escalator engineering will be an advantage.
  5. Applicant with lesser experience will also be considered as lower position
  6. To be responsible, self-motivated, self-discipline, proactive, leadership, hardworking
  7. To be responsible for labour mobilization & management, work scheduling,
  8. Be the first point of escalation for maintenance emergencies
  9. Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  10. Speaker of a third language (Putonghua, etc.) will be an advantage
  11. Execute all customer service tasks in call center operation
  12. Must be able to work independently and on a team

Engineer (Ref. : ID /E)

Installation Department

  1. High Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  2. 5 years or above work experience for handling project management, coordination, safety supervision and management of new installation of lift & escalator
  3. Well manage the Profit / Loss of project & Cost Control
  4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  6. To be Responsible for project management and attend project meeting
  7. Prepare document submission
  8. Updating project program and report
  9. Cost and budget control

Assistant Engineer (Ref. : QA /AE)

Quality Assurance Department

  1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
  2. 1- 2 year(s) work experience in engineering field preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  5. Carry out trouble shooting for lift & escalator
  6. Conduct Testing & Commissioning
  7. Liaise with factories / installation teams for technical support and quality improvement

Engineer (Ref. : ID-QC /E)

Installation Department / In- Process QC Section

  1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
  2. 1 – 2 year(s) work experience in engineering field preferred (Fresh Graduate will also be considered)
  3. Good at planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
  4. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  6. Willingness to work in construction sites
  7. To perform and carry out field technical supports
  8. To organize and conduct Testing & Commissioning for lift and escalator systems
  9. To monitor installation quality and standardize working procedures
  10. To prepare and perform site training to frontline members
  11. To liaise with factory to identify any improvement opportunities 

Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer (Ref. : SD / AM & SE)

Sales Department

  1. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or in Engineering or related disciplines
  2. At least 5 years working experience in tendering preparation, follow up within Lift and Escalator industry and familiar with handling projects of HK Housing Authority and /or Architectural Service Department
  3. Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese
  4. Familiar with using MS Office
  5. To supervise and monitor tender and contract preparation
  6. To collect market information for formulating sales strategy
  7. To work closely with design team and installation team in finalization of specification, initiation for mockup, approval of drawing and sample
  8. To participate site meeting with Architects, Consultants and Builders
  9. To Ensure timely submission of drawing, sample for approval and place order to factory

Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Ref. : DD/Electrical)

Design Department

  1. High Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering
  2. Relevant work experience in Engineering is preferred
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  4. Familiar with Engineering Drawing
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. To be responsible for planning drawing submission
  7. To prepare electrical wiring diagrams / schematic
  8. To support installation and trouble shooting in lift installation process and client’s inquiry

Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Ref. : DD/Mechanical)

Design Department

  1. High Diploma or above in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering
  2. Relevant work experience in Engineering is preferred
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  4. Familiar with Engineering Drawing
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. To be responsible for planning drawing & information
  7. To support installation and trouble shooting in lift installation process and client’s inquiry

『夜間』維修、保養技術員

  1. 中三或以上學歷 ( 持有修讀有關電梯或電扶梯課程者優先考慮)
  2. 已列入為"機電工程署"註冊的升降機/ 自動梯工程人員
  3. 有 4年升降機或電扶梯工作經驗
  4. 負責升降機或電扶梯的維修及保養工作
  5. 工作時間 : 星期一至六 晚上10:30至早上06:30
  6. 曾在港鐵範圍內工作者優先考慮

檢查員

  1. 中五或以上學歷
  2. 已列入為"機電工程署"註冊的升降機/ 自動梯工程人員『註冊類別 B 及 C 級別』
  3. 有三年升降機或電扶梯檢查和測試工作經驗
  4. 負責升降機或電扶梯的保養、檢查及測試工作
  5. 須持有有效安全綠咭 (持有"建造業工人註冊証"者優先考慮)

安裝部 – 工程監督

  1. 中五或以上學歷
  2. 十年或以上協調地盤工作、新項目安全監督及管理的工作經驗
  3. 良好溝通技巧、協調及滙報能力
  4. 執行地盤管理及協調各相關人士的工作
  5. 處理日常文件及報告
